WHEREAS, Chief David Wilson and City Council Member Ralph Helmich request approval lowering the speed limit on Alston Street from Azalea Street to Section Avenue to 25MPH.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the request made by Chief David Wilson and City Council Member Ralph Helmich to lower the speed limit on Alston Street from Azalea Street to Section Avenue to 25 MPH.
