WHEREAS, there have been on-going drainage issues in the area of North Pine Street and West Fern Avenue, and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department solicited a proposal from Hutchinson, Moore & Rauch, LLC for engineering services related to drainage improvements in this area.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves Hutchinson, Moore & Rauch, LLC's proposal in the amount of $46,000 for engineering services related to drainage improvements in the above area, amending Account No. 01-660-8300 accordingly.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
