WHEREAS, there is a need for a tractor with a box blade and spreader to maintain the grounds at the Sports Complex.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves permisson to purchase a tractor with a box blade and spreader that is budgeted under account 01-622-7010 for $22,500.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
