NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1:      Sets a public hearing to consider Planning Commission's recommendation to rezone Jonathan Byrd's property consisting of 143.67+/- acres from B-1A to PUD.
SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
