A Resolution Restating and Clarifing the Salary for the Accounting Clerk For Finance Division as adopted under Resolution 13-0393
Body
WHEREAS, on July 15, 2013, Council passed Resolution 13-0393 which converted the temporary, full-time Accounts Clerk to a regular, full-time Accounting Clerk, and
WHEREAS, the body of Resolution 13-0393 stated an incorrect annual salary for the position in an amount of $33,074, and
WHEREAS, Section 1 of Resolution 13-0393 stated the correct annual salary amount of $31,046, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the annual salary needs to be clarified to reflect the correct annual salary for the full-time Accounting Clerk.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Restates and clarifies Resolution 13-0393 to reflect the correct annual salary amount of $31,046 for added full-time Accounting Clerk position.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
