WHEREAS, R&S Paving has submitted a quote in the amount of $10,937.50 to bush cut 8.75 acres behind Gulf Bowl in connection with the CAFFM.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts quote from R&S Paving in the amount of $10,937.50 to bush cut 8.75 acres behind Gulf Bowl in connection with the CAFFM under Account 41-665-7200 R02 CONST.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
