BE IT RESOLVED by the Foley City Council at its organizational meeting of March 1, 2021, that Suzanne Kellams is hereby appointed as Human Resource Director for the City of Foley effective March 30, 2021 for a term that runs concurrent with the present administration’s term in accordance with the Code of Alabama, 1975 Section 11-43-3.
