AUTHORIZING WAIVER OF CERTAIN BUILDING PERMIT FEES

FOR HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF BALDWIN COUNTY

WHEREAS, Habitat for Humanity of Baldwin County is doing a Neighborhood Revitalization project in the Aaronville community and has requested a waiver of permit fees, except for the required minimum fees, for various repairs as well as new construction.  The work will be done at multiple addresses but is generally described as an area south of West Michigan Avenue, north of 9^th Avenue, west of South Pine Street to the unnamed creek/ditch west of Cedar Street.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Foley City Council in regular session on March 20, 2017 agrees to waive the Plan Review, Building, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Zoning and Erosion & Sediment Control fee charging only the required minimum fees for permits for the above referenced Neighborhood Revitalization.
