Summary
The Foley Lions Club and Foley Kiwanis are requesting the use of the Heritage Park and Pavilion on October 5, 2019 from 6:00 am until 3:30 pm for the annual Tour de Foley charity bike ride. They respectfully request that the fees for the park and pavilion be waived. All proceeds for the event allow the civic groups participating to continue community service in this area.

WHEREAS, Foley Lions Club and Foley Kiwanis has requested the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion at no charge on October 5, 2019 from 6:00 am until 3:30 pm for the annual Tour de Foley.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion requested by Foley Lions Club and Foley Kiwais on October 5, 2019.
