Under Section 1.2(4) of the City's Personnel System Policy, the Foley City Council recognizes the continuance of the appointment of Mary Murchison as Part-time Municipal Judge, for the remainder of the present administration's term, and, wishes to designate this position as a part-time, regular, professional exempt employee at the rate of compensation as is presently set forth in the FY19 Budget without eligibility of benefits with the exception of eligibility for the City's health care benefits.
