Foley Police Officer Albert Lugo is requesting approval for the Gulf Coast Gospel Jubilee, a Gospel music fundraiser festival to be held Saturday, October 4, 2014 at the Foley Soccer Complex. This event is sponsored by the Foley Police Department and local community churches to benefit the Lighthouse and C.A.R.E. House of Baldwin County. This event will have music, food, arts and crafts vendors and entertainment for the children. Participating musicians, singers and vendors will be from the local area.
