WHEREAS, a new fire station is planned for construction at 9920 Fairway Dr. in the Glenlakes subdivision, and
WHEREAS, Res 13-0258 approved Adams Stewart Architects, LLC for the architectural design work.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves to go to bid on the entire construction project for the new Fire Station #3.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
