WAIVING FEES FOR HERITAGE PARK PAVILION
WHEREAS, the Action Game & Movie and Book Exchange has requested the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion at no charge on November 3, 2012 for their St. Jude's fundraiser "Zombie Run" event.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion requested by the Action Game & Movie and Book Exchange for their fundraiser on November 3, 2012.
