WHEREAS, the Senior Center is in need of updating their sound equipment, and
WHEREAS, Alpha Sound & Lighting Co. had the lowest reasonable price of $2,515.00 for the following equipment:
8" Coax Ceiling Mounted Speaker Shallow Can/WH
Mix/Amp, 60 watts, EQ, Aphex Aural Exciter
Security Cover For GS AMP
Cable, 14 GA, Twisted pair-speaker
Rack mount CD player with Ipod dock
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of the afore mentioned equipment from Alpha Sound & Lighting Co. in the amount of $2,515.00, budgeted under Account 618-7010.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
