WHEREAS, Council approved Resolution 14-0533 Request to develop a Graham Creek Preserve website and marketing campaign during its regular session on December 15, 2014, and
WHEREAS, Section 1. of Resolution 14-0533 states the incorrect Account No. 01-620-7020 and should have stated Account No. 01-620-7040, and
WHEREAS, Resolution 14-0533 must be amended to reflect the correct Account No. 01-620-7040.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends Section 1. of Resolution 14-0533 to reflect the correct Account No. 01-620-7040.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
