WHEREAS, the Foley City Council requested an agenda request form to be used by the Public when submitting requests to Council, and
WHEREAS, the form will be used to better understand the public's request as far as fact finding.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the new Council Agenda Request Form to be used by the public when submitting Council agenda requests.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
