WHEREAS, The City of Foley wishes to resubdivide Lot 3-B Foley Beach Express Industrial Park Unit 7, and
WHEREAS, a survey and a preliminary plat are required for Planning Commission approval to create the resubdivision of Lot 3-B Foley Beach Express Industrial Park Unit 7.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approve the survey from Beyond Measure Surveying and appropriate funds in the amount of $2,300.00 for the survey and preliminary plat for the resubdividing of Lot 3-B Foley Beach Express under Account No# 100-3020-6020.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
