WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has been made aware of ongoing maintenance issues related to Bender Road South, and
WHEREAS, EcoTechnical, LLC has submitted a proposal to perform the work, and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department will be overseeing the work.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
