WHEREAS, the City of Foley needs a solid tine toolbar for the infield drag for the sports complex.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of a solid tine toolbar for the infield field drag in the amount of $2,200 from Capital Purchase Account 01-622-7010. This is a budgeted item.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
