WHEREAS, Resolution 17-1197 approved acceptance of the AL Historical Commission Certified Local Government for Historic Preservation Fund grant;
WHEREAS, Request for Proposals were sent to three Consulting firms per the State Historical Commission requirements and only one Proposal was received;
