WHEREAS, Joy Tabernacle Church, located at 522 West Marigold Avenue, Foley, Alabama is planning to make small addition to the church, and they are requesting to have the building fees reduced since they are a church.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Foley City Council in regular session February 1, 2016 that the City agrees to waive all but the minimum Community Development Department/Engineering fees relating to the building addition of the Joy Tabernacle church located at 522 West Marigold Avenue, Foley, Alabama.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
