    NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

 

     SECTION 1:      Sets a public hearing to consider Planning Commission's recommendation to adopt an Ordinance Approving the rezoning of 2.13+/- acres owned by Riviera Plaza, LLC from PDD (Planned Development District) to B-1A (Extended Business District). Property is located east of HWY 59, south of County Road 20.

 

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
