WHEREAS, the City solicited and publicly opened sealed bids on January 27, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. for the West Section Avenue Culvert Repair project FEMA Event #4176-DR-AL, and
WHEREAS, there was a cost for advertising in the Gulf Coast Media that was associated with the solicitation of bids in the amount of $603.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Memorializes the payment of $603.00 to Gulf Coast Media for the advertisement of the solicitation of bids, amending Account No. 01-660-8300.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
