WHEREAS, the Foley City Council is ready to move on to the next phase of the Resurfacing Project, and
WHEREAS, wants to proceed with going to bid for Resurfacing Project, Phase V.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Foley City Council as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves going to bid on the Resurfacing Project, Phase V under Capital Project Account No. 12-600-9365 A13, PH V.
SECTION 2: Approves related advertising costs associated with the bid process.
SECTION 3: This resolution becomes effective as required by law.
