WHEREAS, the Foley Woman's Club has made a generous donation to the Public Library in the amount of $700.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts the $700.00 donation made by the Foley Woman's Club for the Public Library.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
