WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Department is requesting approval for the Foley High School Wrestling Team to use Heritage Park for a dual meet on Tuesday, November 17, 2026 from 4:00 pm - 7 pm, and
WHEREAS, they are requesting to borrow portable lighting from the Fire Department.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves waiving fees and allowing the Foley High School Wrestling Team to use Heritage Park on Tuesday, November 17, 2026 from 4:00 pm - 7 pm.
SECTION 2: Approves the use of portable lighting from the Fire Department.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law
