NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Sets a public hearing to consider Planning Commission's recommendation to rezone property consisting of 35+/- acres owned by OTP Associates Gulf Shores LP from B1A, Extended Business District to PUD, Planned Unit Development.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
