WHEREAS, the Street Department has ten (10) vehicles/equipment that are worn out and costing too much in repairs, AND
WHEREAS, they are requesting that all ten (10) be declared surplus and approved for auction or disposal by the best possible means,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Declares the ten (10) Street Department vehicles/equipment as surplus and approves them to go to auction or disposal of them by the best possible means
