                     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

                     SECTION 1:      Sets a public hearing to consider the passage of an ordinance approving petition for annexation and bringing property into the corporate limits of the City of Foley (MTSC Land Development)

                     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
