WHEREAS, the City of Foley Recreation Department requires a new zero turn mower for maintenance
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1:       Permission to purchase a new sixty inch cutting width mower for park maintenance in the amount of $8,950.
SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
