NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the Marine Corps League's request to hold a fundraiser on Saturday, April 13, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the intersections of Alston and Hwy. 98 and Juniper and Hwy. 98.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
