WHEREAS, Resolution No. 14-0476 was passed on November 3, 2014 approving the solicitation of bids and the advertising cost up to $100.00 for the East Michigan Avenue Asphalt Repairs project, and
WHEREAS, the advertising costs exceeded the approved cost by $150.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends Resolution 14-0476 to state up to $250.00 for advertising costs for the East Michigan Avenue Asphalt Repairs project, FEMA Event #4176-DR-AL, amending Account No. 01-660-8300 accordingly.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
