WHEREAS, the Centennial Fund account received a Notice of Returned Deposited Items for a $10.00 check due to the account being closed and City staff has determined it as uncollectible at this time and have requested that this amount be written off for accounting purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Foley City Council in regular session December 16, 2013 that a City of Foley Centennial Fund donation in the collective amount of $10.00 (TEN AND 00/100) Dollars, as listed on the attached Notice of Returned Deposited Items dated 11/07/13 be written off the books of the City for fiscal year 2012-13.
