NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, approves December 31, 2019 as the cut-off date for annexations and issuing Certificates of Occupancies for the purposes of redistricting for the 2020 Municipal election. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
