DESCRIPTION OF TOPIC: Teresa James and Cindy Etheridge has requested the use of Max Griffin Park to hold a benefit fish fry for Eddie James whom is in need of a liver transplant. Mrs. James has requested the park for November 21, 2015 between the hours of 8:30 am until 3:30 pm. The actual fish fry will only last from from 11:00 am until 2:30 pm.

REQUEST TO USE MAX GRIFFIN PARK
WHEREAS, the Teresa James and Cindy Etheridge have requested the use of Max Griffin Park and Pavilion on November 21, 2015 from 8:30 am until 3:30 pm for their Eddie James Benefit event.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, grants permission of the use of Max Griffin Park and Pavilion requested by Teresa James and Cindy Etheridge for their benefit on November 21, 2015 from 8:30 am until 3:30 pm.
