WHEREAS, the Public Works Department is requesting council to declare the Gradall 660-E(Street Department 07074) and JCB 214S Sitemaster Backhoe(Street Department 07077) surplus and to authorize disposal on GovDeals.com because they are no longer needed.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Declares the Gradall 660-E(Street Department 07074) and JCB 214S Sitemaster Backhoe (Street Department 07077) surplus and authorizes disposal on GovDeals.com.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
