Summary
RES 25-1170 approved the Cedar Street Sidewalk, allocating $700,000.00 to complete phase II of the project. Per Engineering, the last remaining 350' +/- from Rosetta Avenue northward has utility conflicts, and Engineering has agreed that for the project to move forward, the design requires to be adjusted to an open ditch with a sloped paved bottom instead of the closed storm system design. Street Department has received a revised estimate from James Brothers Excavating for $711,977.30 to include these changes.
