WHEREAS, Resolution 5090-12 approved the application to the AMEA's FY13 Special Projects Grant to provide funding to hire a part-time greeter/receptionist for the Holmes Medical Museum in the amount of $5.000, and
WHEREAS, the City has been awarded the grant for $5,000.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1:       Accepts the AMEA's FY13 Special Projects Grant funds in the amount of $5,000 to hire a greeter/receptionist for the Holmes Medical Museum. There is no City match required.
SECTION 2:      Appoints Suzanne Kellams to serve as the Grant Manager, who will be responsible for submitting all required reports and other correspondence to the Granting Agency.
SECTION 3:      Amends the budget accordingly and approves the expenditure of grant funds. The following accounts shall be used: Expense Account 01-625-1015, Revenue Account 01-4969.
SECTION 4:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
