Habitat For Humanity is requesting the City consider waiving building permits, land disturbance permits, zoning fees, engineering fees and environmental fees to the minimum for their new home project.

WHEREAS, Habitat for Humanity of Baldwin County is constructing a new home for a family in the City of Foley located at 1612 Woodbridge Circle, East Foley, AL 36535, and
WHEREAS, Habitat for Humanity of Baldwin County requests that the City waive or reduce the building, environmental and engineering fees to the minimum and allow them to pay the minimum Community Development fees.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves waiving all but the minimum Community Development Department fees to the minimum for Habitat for Humanity of Baldwin County's home construction project located at 1612 Woodbridge Circle, East Foley, AL 36535.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
