NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves renewing Adams & Reese, LLP's contract in the amount of $75,000, payable at the rate of $6,250 monthly, exclusive of reasonable out of pocket expenses (travel, transportation, lodging and meals) for a one year contract beginning October 1, 2013 and ending September 30, 2014. This is a budgeted item under Account No. 01-620-3020.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
