WHEREAS, the gazebo on the south end of the Wilbourne Antique Rose Trail is in bad condition and poses a safety hazard and needs to be removed.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Declares the gazebo on the south end of the Wilbourne Antique Rose Trail as surplus and approves of its disposal in the best means possible.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
