WHEREAS, the Council approved E-J Builders proposal for the replacement of the gazebo along the Rose Trail on November 5, 2012 in the amount of $20,990.00, and
WHEREAS, E-J Builders has submitted a change order to be memorialized in the amount of $2,516.47 for additional sidewalk not included in the original scope of work, installing brick patterned stamp around perimeter of slab, and ran empty conduit for a light.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Memorializes E-J Builders Change Order in the amount of $2,516.47, amending Account No. 12-665-7315 Q90 PAV and the budget accordingly.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
