     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

     SECTION 1:     Sets a public hearing to consider the rezoning of property owned by FDR Properties, LLC. Property is 1.97+/- acres located at 21311 County Road 12 South.

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
