WHEREAS, the Engineering Department requests approval to solicit bids for the Dog Park grading and paving work and the advertising cost for this project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the advertising cost in the amount of $500.00 and to solicit bids for the Dog Park project, and amends Account No. 12-665-7333 R12 BID accordingly.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
