WAIVING FEES FOR HERITAGE PARK PAVILION
WHEREAS, Kristina Bentley has requested the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion at no charge on November 17, 2018 from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm for their Laps for Leland event.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion requested by Kristina Bentley for their fundraiser on November 17, 2018 from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm.
