WHEREAS, the Executive Director of Sports has determined that an American Cornhole LLC (ACO) event will provide a positive economic impact for the City of Foley, and
WHEREAS, American Cornhole LLC would like to hold the event at the Sports Tourism Event Center, or a site to be determined by both parties.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the expenditure of $3500.00 from Account No. 01-628-5220 Bid Fees.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
