John Graham, Horticulturist. One of ALDOT's requirements for the ATRIP SE Quadrant Project (Pride Drive/Juniper) was to state that there would be a "landscape buffer" along the south property line of Parrish Lakes in order to provide a visual screen and sound buffer from the Blue Collar and the sports complex projects. Suddenly, ALDOT advised that they would not move forward with the project without the actual conceptual plan and WAS Design, Inc. agreed to quickly put the conceptual onto an electronic design format that coincides with the rest of the project. This $783.75 action needs to be memorialized.

WHEREAS, ALDOT originally required the City to state that there would be a landscape buffer along the south property line of Parrish Lakes as part of the ATRIP SE Quad (Pride Drive/Juniper St) Project, and
WHEREAS, subsequently, ALDOT required the submission of the actual landscape buffer conceptual plan prior to preceding with the Project, and
WHEREAS, WAS Design, Inc. was able to provide the conceptual plan onto an electronic design format that coincides with the rest of the project for submission to ALDOT.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
