WHEREAS, there is a parcel of land located near the Foley Sports Complex at the southwest corner of Cater Lee Way and Ralph Schumacher Lane, and
WHEREAS, the City has received a proposal for a survey of said property from J. Marshall Smith Surveying.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves J. Marshall Smith Surveying's proposal for the survey of the referenced parcel of land near the Foley Sports Complex in the amount of $1,400.00, and amends Account No. 12-600-9595 A01 accordingly.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
