WHEREAS, Resolution # 14-0044 accepted the USDA's Rural Business Enterprise Grant (RBEG) for $100,000 for equipment for the CAFFM.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the capital purchase of equipment not to exceed $15,500 for the CAFFM under Expense Account 12-665-7335. A vendor product list is attached and becomes a part of this resolution.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
