NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Waive fees to allow Chrissie Sadowski, the owner of Holistic K9 Coaching, to use Heritage Park Gazebo and surrounding area every Wednesday afternoon from October 7, 2020 through November 11, 2020 (six weeks) from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm to have group dog training classes focusing on leash manners in public.
